What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Administration Assistant to join our Compliance and Quality team. This role involves maintaining regulatory documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the organization in meeting compliance requirements. 

The role:

  • Maintain accurate and up to date filing systems for the regulatory compliance team. 
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external compliance meetings, reviews and associated team projects. 
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items relevant to the regulatory compliance team’s day to day operations 
  • Assist in compiling and formatting data for compliance reports, presentations, and dashboards. 
  • Help track regulatory submissions and ensure timely delivery. 
  • Support the team in gathering materials and documentation needed for audits or regulatory inspections 
  • Support compliance related projects by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables. 

 

Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in a corporate or commercial administrative role. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience within early education and care is desirable but not mandatory.

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
