We have an amazing opportunity for a Lead Educator to join our professional and fun team at Milestones Early Learning Capalaba. If you hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or are currently studying towards your Diploma in Early Childhood Education, then you could be a suitable candidate for our Centre.

We are offering part-time with shifts between 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer all our educators the Government rebate on top of your base rate. You will also have the opportunity to complete your Diploma in Early Childhood Education with full funding through our Affinity Learning Academy, receive 50% discount on the gap fee for your child's care and career progression.

About the Centre:

Our childcare centre offers a large airy centre-fully air-conditioned environment with separate play spaces for each age group, it is conveniently located near public transport and large parklands, two major shopping centres, a public library, a community centre with pantry, book and clothing exchange. Well-resourced and supported by long-standing staff.

About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
