About the role:
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing labour usage and coaching managers to improve across the network. Furthermore, providing support in the execution of leave planning and assessing recruitment needs
- Driving efficiencies to ensure labour KPI’s are achieved, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Taking a proactive role in workforce optimisation, assisting in identifying and solving operational challenges in relation to labour management
- Reviewing operational activities within the business, making recommendations and working with the National Workforce Optimisation Manager to execute strategies for optimisation and standardisation across all AEG centres.
- Working closely with operators, analysts, business partners and the executives to achieve business performance targets with a focus on labour optimisation
- Supporting the development of automated rostering systems with contribution to the scoping, testing, training and rollout of the project
- Delivering cost efficiencies through improved visibility, wage control, roster analysis and optimisation recommendations
- Providing expert advice and guidance to support ongoing coaching and financial management capabilities across the business
- Work with centre management to embed process, policy, and procedure
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, WFP or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with optimisation tools and systems to drive efficiencies
- Experience in interpreting data to produce actionable insights
- Influencing and coaching staff to achieve desired outcomes
- 2+ years’ experience in workforce planning / optimisation / business performance enhancement in a large, dispersed business
- Strong problem-solving skills to achieve optimal business outcomes
