We are looking for a Workers' Compensation & Injury Management Coordinator to assist with the management of workers' compensation claims and injury management processes. This role plays a key part in supporting employees through injury recovery and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with case management of WC claims, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. 

  • Support early intervention strategies to help employees return to work. 

  • Coordinate workplace accident and incident investigations, focusing on risk assessment and prevention. 

  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on injury management and return-to-work processes. 

  • Work with the HR and recruitment teams on pre-employment medical assessments. 

  • Assist with the management of non-work-related medical conditions and fitness-for-work assessments. 

  • Liaise with employees, healthcare providers, and supervisors to gather relevant information for claims management. 

  • Maintain records and provide administrative support for workers' compensation processes. 

  • Assist with processing workers' compensation wage payments and financial data reporting. 

  • Work collaboratively with managers to implement return-to-work plans and reasonable workplace adjustments. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience in workers' compensation, injury management, or a related field. 

  • Understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in injury management. 

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills. 

  • A proactive and supportive approach to employee wellbeing and workplace safety.
