What You’ll Do
• Support daily operations, compliance and centre culture
• Coach and mentor educators to deliver quality practice
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners

What You Bring
• Diploma or ACECQA‑approved qualification
• Experience as an Assistant Director or senior educator
• Current Working With Children Check
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
