About the Centre:

Located on Walkers Road in Upper Caboolture, and open from 6.30 am - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday,  our early learning centre offers high-quality child care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

We know how important it is to find a centre where your child feels happy, supported, and inspired to learn. That’s why our dedicated team of passionate educators creates a warm and welcoming space where every child can grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability.

Each day at Milestones is filled with exciting opportunities to play, explore, and discover. From our veggie farm and sustainability learning to hands-on visits from local emergency services and wildlife organisations, children enjoy a wide range of meaningful experiences. Our indoor and outdoor environments are thoughtfully designed to support learning through play, and our onsite chef prepares fresh, healthy meals each day

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
