About the Centre:
Located at 367 Handford Road, Taigum, our centre provides high-quality early education and care for children aged six weeks to five years. Open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Kids Academy Taigum offers a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space where children can play, learn, and thrive.
Our highly qualified and long-serving team is passionate about supporting every child’s development and wellbeing. Through our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, we create play-based, age-appropriate learning experiences that build communication skills, confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.
Children enjoy beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, with high ceilings and natural light creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Our learning program is enriched with regular incursions including sports, music, gardening club, and Spanish lessons
About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
