Are you an experienced, passionate, friendly and fun Lead Educator?

Milestones Early Learning Caboolture are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator who would ideally, be available to work four to five days per week and be flexible to work open and close shifts. You will be a responsible, reliable and enthusiastic Lead that can bring creativity to your room and create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role for the right person that will have the confidence in leading and supporting a team, have a positive, friendly and approachable attitude whilst having a fun and engaging presence in the centre. You will be working with a supportive, collaborative team and have the opportunity to grow and develop as a leader.

About the Centre:

Our childcare centre is just 500 meters from Minimbah State School and 190 meters from a bus stop, offering a homely, warm environment with a dedicated, long-standing team, all within 3 km of Morayfield Shopping Centre. Offering high quality care, well-resourced rooms and community connections the service caters for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
