Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Brisbane (CBD).
About the role:
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting operational stakeholders to improve labour utilisation across the network. Furthermore, providing support in the execution of leave planning and assessing recruitment needs
- Identifying efficiencies to ensure labour KPI’s are achieved, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Taking a proactive role in workforce optimisation, assisting in identifying and solving operational challenges in relation to labour management
- Reviewing operational activities within the business, making recommendations and working with the National Workforce Optimisation Manager to execute strategies for optimisation and standardisation across all AEG centres.
- Supporting the development of automated rostering systems with contribution to the scoping, testing, training and rollout of the project
- Providing expert advice and guidance to support ongoing coaching and roster management capabilities across the business
- Work with centre management to embed process, policy, and procedure
About You:
- Prior extensive experience in a Centralised Workforce Planning or Rostering team in a large, geographically dispersed business
- Experience working with workforce management tools and rostering systems to drive best practise
- Ability to interpret data to produce actionable insights
- Influencing and coaching staff to achieve desired outcomes through stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions
- Experience in or exposure to Early Childhood Education would be highly regarded
