Milestones Early Learning Sunshine Beach are looking for a superstar Lead Educator who is passionate about guiding young children's learning and development. You will bring at least 2years experience, Diploma qualified in Early Learning Childhood Education, strength in supporting children with challenging behaviours, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to create, implement, and deliver engaging daily programs. Your creativity will be valued every day.
This is a permanent part-time position with shifts from Monday to Friday approximately 37.5 hours per week. If you are looking for a work-life balance, then we may offer flexibility.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
