We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Lead to join our team. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, QKLG, and childcare regulations, and will be committed to driving high-quality outcomes for children and families.

In this role you will:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team of exceeding educators
• Support the ongoing professional development of educators
• Ensure our programs align with the EYLF, QKLG and NQS
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive leadership team

What we are looking for:

• Sound understanding of early childhood frameworks and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for creating high-quality educational programs
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve excellence

About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning South Townsville is a trusted early learning Centre where we place a strong emphasis on sustainability, natural play, and the environment, seamlessly integrating these into our Lifelong Learning Curriculum to provide a holistic approach to education.

About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
