What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive NQS excellence
• Inspire and mentor educators in a high-performing, supportive team

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Proven Centre Director / Manager experience
• Strong compliance, safety, and performance track record
• Thrives with trust, autonomy, and purpose
