We are seeking a motivated Lead Educator with recognized qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care - Diploma or higher. You can choose your hours and days and be available to work open and close shifts to suit your lifestyle.

In this role you will mentor and guide your team, leading by example to deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and NQF, and fostering an inclusive learning environment for children and families. Work collaboratively with our friendly team to plan, document, and evaluate learning experiences. Your ideas and adaptability will help shape our centre's culture and outcomes.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a can-do attitude are a must.

About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Taigum Centre is conveniently located near shops, transport, and local schools, with dedicated long-term staff providing exceptional hands-on learning programs through play, and we are proud to be a kindergarten-approved centre.

About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
