About the Centre

Milestones North Brisbane is a small, close-knit 80-place centre located just across from DFO and Skygate. We’re known for our warm, supportive environment for children aged 0–5 and our long-standing team of dedicated educators.

We are now seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to support our passionate team and lead the centre into a successful 2026.
This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager or 2IC ready for their first Centre Manager position—with the full backing of a trusted and supportive organisation.

About the Role

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, financial performance and smooth operations
• Build strong, lasting relationships with families and the local community
• Use your marketing flair to drive occupancy and community engagement
• Mentor your team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Previous Centre Manager experience or strong Assistant Manager/2IC experience ready for the next step
• Current Working with Children Check
• Confident in meeting compliance, safety, and operational targets
