About the Centre:

Milestones Early Learning Officer is a brand-new, purpose-built centre offering quality childcare and early education for children aged 0-5 years. We’re open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, providing flexible care options for busy families.

Our passionate team of experienced educators is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. With thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces and outdoor play areas, children enjoy endless opportunities to explore, discover, and build confidence each day.

At Milestones Officer, we proudly follow the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia’s most advanced early childhood education program, supporting children's development in literacy, STEM, mental health and wellbeing, and social skills. We also offer a government-approved kindergarten program to prepare children for a smooth and confident transition to primary school. Fresh, healthy meals are prepared onsite daily to nourish growing bodies and minds.

About the Role

  • Be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre in line with company policies and procedures
  • Be completely connected, create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
  • Responsible for inspiring and mentoring your team and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
