About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindy room
- Inspire a lifelong love of learning through child‑led inquiries, strong community connections, and partnerships with our local primary school
- Design, implement, and evaluate high‑quality educational programs that reflect each child’s unique interests, strengths, and developmental needs
- Support the centre to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
You will bring:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification
- Relevant teacher registration (where applicable)
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds
