What You’ll Be Doing

• This role will combine as Assistant Manager + Educational Leader!
• Leading the daily operations of our centre
• Building strong relationships with families & the community
• Inspiring your educators to meet/exceed NQS
• Growing occupancy with your marketing magic
• Creating a fun, safe, warm, child-first environment every single day

You’ll Shine in This Role If You Have:

• A Diploma (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Leadership experience — Assistant Manager level or similar
• A WWCC
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and quality
• A passion for people, children, and creating something special
