At Affinity Education Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Workforce and Resourcing team plays a vital role in supporting our centres with end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance — helping to realise the potential in everyone.

We’re looking for a Resourcing and Pre-employment Administrator to join our national Workforce and Resourcing team. Reporting to the Head of Workforce and Resourcing, this role provides essential administrative coordination across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and all reporting functions, supporting the delivery of a positive experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Look after all reporting — prepare and maintain regular workforce and recruitment reports to support data accuracy, KPI tracking, and informed business decisions.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks including references, Blue Card/WWCC, police checks, and visa verifications.
  • Support with visas — assist with visa-related processes and documentation as required.
  • Raise and process purchase orders (POs) for the Talent Team in line with procurement procedures.
  • Maintain accuracy of candidate and workforce data across our recruitment (PageUp) and HR information systems.
  • Prepare contracts, variations, and recruitment documentation in line with policy and approval processes.
  • Prepare, post, and maintain job advertisements across approved recruitment platforms.
  • Manage candidate correspondence, coordinate interview scheduling, and support hiring managers through key recruitment stages.
  • Support the Talent inbox, manage enquiries, and ensure timely responses with professionalism and care.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Workforce Business Partners and the wider HR team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administration or HR coordination role, ideally within a recruitment or service-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills — especially with reporting, data accuracy, and procurement processes.
  • Proactive approach to communication and customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment systems (e.g. PageUp) preferred.
  • A positive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check or Blue Card.
