What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day centre operations, compliance, and financial targets.
- Build strong community relationships and boost occupancy with your marketing flair.
- Inspire and mentor your team to Meet/Exceed NQS (we love an overachiever).
What You Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Strong Centre Manager experience
- WWCC (current and ready to go)
- A passion for quality, safety, and smashing goals
