A truly unique opportunity awaits!
We are excited to offer a Co‑Lead Educator role in our Toddlers Room, working 30 hours per week, at our welcoming and supportive Kids Academy Redbank Plains centre.

This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is ready to step into a leadership position, collaborate closely with a Lead Educator, and make a meaningful impact during the crucial early years of development.

About You

You will bring:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA‑approved Bachelor’s degree
  • A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • A strong passion for supporting and nurturing young children’s growth and development
