About the Opportunity

As a Trainee Educator, you'll be supported every step of the way as you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a qualified Early Childhood Educator.

You'll:

• Learn on the job while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Work alongside experienced educators and leaders who will mentor and support your professional growth
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for working with children
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
• Have reliable transport to and from the centre
• Are committed to completing a traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy
• Bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

No previous experience in early childhood education is required. If you have the right attitude and passion, we'll provide the training and support.
