In this rewarding role, you will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support children's development through play-based programs, and create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive.
At Milestones Tingalpa, we provide a warm and nurturing early learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. Conveniently located on Manly Road, Tingalpa, our centre is a trusted part of the local community, recognised for its supportive team culture, engaging learning spaces, and strong partnerships with families. About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
