About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Lead and inspire learning within our Kindergarten program.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led inquiry, meaningful community connections and engaging educational experiences.
• Design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, local schools and the wider community.
• Support the centre's journey towards achieving and exceeding the National Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes for every child.

About You

• Hold an Early Childhood Teaching Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Current Teacher Registration (where applicable).
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or be willing to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Be passionate about creating inclusive, engaging and inspiring learning environments.
