About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators within the Kindergarten program
• Create engaging, child-led learning experiences that support school readiness and positive outcomes
• Develop, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to each child's strengths, interests and developmental needs
• Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
• Support the centre in achieving and maintaining Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards
• Foster a love of learning through play-based and inquiry-based learning experiences

About You

You will hold:

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
• A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
