About the Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and financial performance targets are achieved.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community while implementing strategies to grow occupancy.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education and care outcomes.
• Mentor and support the service to achieve and maintain excellence against the National Quality Standards.
• Drive a positive team culture focused on engagement, development, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager role within the early childhood sector.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy, compliance, and business targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
