About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Foster children's development through intentional teaching, inquiry-based learning, and meaningful interactions
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community
• Support and mentor educators to achieve high-quality learning outcomes
• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
• Support the centre's journey toward exceeding the National Quality Standard

About You

You will bring:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Current teacher registration (where applicable)
• A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• A commitment to creating safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environments
