Contact Centre Agent (Multiple Positions)

RCL Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our Operations Team. If you can close a deal, have excellent communication skills, are a passionate collector, love incentives and strive for success, then this is your dream job!

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Calling debtors to recover funds
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Corresponding via email, live chat and SMS
  • Adhering to compliance and quality guidelines
  • Working on an automated dialing system
  • Achieving and exceeding set KPIs
  • Ability to work within a rotational roster of 8 am – 11 pm

To secure this position, you will have:

  • Proven experience with consistently meeting targets/KPI’s
  • Ability to negotiate along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of emotional stability and personal resilience
  • Previous work experience in sales, retail, front-facing hospitality or conflict resolution within a call centre environment would be an added advantage
  • Team player with a positive can-do mindset
