As a Business Analyst at Symbos, you’ll work across business and technology initiatives to design solutions that align with strategic goals. This is a key role in shaping our emerging BA function—ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, builds structure, and champions continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Analyse and document current and future state processes

Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications

Support agile delivery through sprint planning, workshops, and testing

Contribute to the development of BA standards, tools, and best practices
What You’ll Bring

4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments

Proven ability to engage across business and technical stakeholders

Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and facilitation

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models

Exposure to APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platforms
