This role will be ideal for someone who is detail orientated and driven to gain experience in the legal industry.

  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
  • Maintaining accurate client and case records in our legal systems.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
  • Collaborating with other Paralegals to meet deadlines and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Experience as a Paralegal would be advantageous, but we're open to applications from early-degree law students, or people with transferrable skills.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Confidence in using legal systems and/or Microsoft Office Products (i.e Word, Excel, Onenote, Outlook) and technology to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn.
