What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers through email, chat, or phone, depending on the program
- Provide empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support
- Tailor responses to customer needs across different industries (Telecom, Utilities, Finance, Energy, Insurance)
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and service improvements
- Achieve performance goals while maintaining high-quality standards
