Job Description

Manage faculty appointment processes for initial, visiting and discontinued faculty and provide administrative support for several faculty committees. Must work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Will need to use excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others. Must be willing to work some evenings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent. Strong computer skills to include desktop software, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications

Substantial experience in faculty affairs in higher education. Substantial experience in interacting with medical school faculty and hospital chairs/administrative assistants.
