Job Description

IT Procurement and Licensing Solutions within the Division of IT is seeking two part-time Software Sales Assistants. This position will provide sales assistance to customers purchasing software through Student Software Distribution.

Required Qualifications

- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Demonstrated experience with web browsers
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience providing customer service in a business office environment
- Basic computer technical experience preferred
