| The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is hiring for a Senior Assistant or Associate Director for Transfer Initiatives. Reporting to Director of Recruitment, this position serves as one of a team of assistant directors and counselors who plan, implement and administer programs and initiatives designed to target, recruit, and enroll students in undergraduate degree programs.
Depending on experience and qualifications, this role will join the office as Senior Assistant Director or Associate Director. The Senior Assistant / Associate Director for Transfer Initiatives plays a critical role within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions overseeing transfer student recruitment, applications, and yield efforts while maintaining a first-year in-state territory and reviewing assigned first-year applications. |
