Job Description

This position provides evaluation support for Undergraduate Education. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, instrument design (e.g. surveys, focus groups, post-event evaluations), data collection, analysis, and visualization, and annual reporting related to the events, student experiences, and curricular programming for the offices of general education, first-year experiences, and undergraduate research. This position reports to the Assistant Provost for Undergraduate Education within Undergraduate Academic Affairs.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in K-12 and/or higher education.
- Experience with qualitative evaluation methods (e.g. conducting interviews and focus
  groups).
- Competent with survey software (e.g. Qualtrics, QuestionPro).
- Competent with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Adobe).
- Master’s in education or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Terminal degree in education or related field.
- Experience with research grant evaluation.
