Job Description

Provides generalist support for exterior spaces such as volleyball courts, grills, weeds and handles light grounds work for planting beds in proximity to residence halls and dining venues. Supports maintenance of move-in/move-out materials including set-up, take-down, and inventory. Supports residence hall spaces by repairing or replacing dispensers, cleaning HVAC vent and supply grills and replace air filters. Perform power washing, carpet, and upholstery cleaning activities.

Required Qualifications

Experience providing maintenance, housekeeping, customer service, and logistics assistance to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Workers may provide additional customer service support to the department as needed. Experience with minor repair and maintenance skills. Experience with landscaping and groundskeeping procedures. Experience with cleaning equipment use and care.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to interact effectively with various levels of users and occupants of building and facilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and to operate within a team based environment. Excellent customer service skills.
