The Communications and Community Programming specialist will facilitate existing programs while working to expand and develop new community outreach programs and services in the Reynolds Homestead service area, with a specific focus in profit-generating engagement. This role focuses on advancing these offerings by increasing community awareness, leveraging partnerships, and creating marketing assets and campaigns. Successful candidates will work closely with team members to integrate programs into the organization's overall offerings and align with mission and strategic priorities. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to recruiting new clients, developing scope of work documents, facilitating workshops and experiential programs, logistical planning, evaluation, reporting and marketing duties.
Hours: Position will include up to 20 hours weekly
Experience in marketing and event planning, program evaluation, community partnership development.
Strong and professional communication skills.
Must have knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Design software (Canva, Adobe, or other),
Ability to independently and as part of a high achieving team.

Commensurate with experience, up to a budget maximum of $17/hour
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
