Job Description

The Administrative Assistant serves the Undergraduate Education unit housed in Burruss 104, providing the team with reception, operations, and administrative support along with direct administrative assistance for the Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education.

Required Qualifications

-Experience in reception and/or customer service.
-Experience working as part of a team in an office environment.
-Experience working as an administrative assistant or related position.
-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google suite.
-Experience with event and/or meeting planning.
-Evidence of strong communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience managing calendars and scheduling.
-Experience with travel planning.
-Proficiency with web design (HTML, Google Sites, or SharePoint).
-Experience working at a college or university.
