We’re currently searching for a part-time Production Assistant to join our Dining Services

Here’s what you need to know about the role:
• You’ll be joining the Dining Services Creative Services team, a group of creative professionals dedicated to enhancing the student dining experience through various marketing and communication mediums. You’ll report directly to the Visual Communications Manager for Dining Services and work cross-collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Assist the Visual Communications Managers during photo and video shoots, including setting up equipment, organizing props, and ensuring smooth workflow. Assist the Creative Media Manager with Print Production tasks, including laminating cutting, and other related activities.
• Help maintain and organize visual assets, including photos, videos, and graphic files.
• Ensure all creative assets are delivered accurately and on time
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography equipment.
• Valid driver's license for courier duties.
• Experience in a production or creative services environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Previous experience in a university or educational setting.
Non-Exempt: Eligible for overtime
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and as needed for special events
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
