Job Description

The User Experience and Engagement unit is seeking a motivated and skilled Experience Management Platform Specialist. This pivotal role supports the university’s research, assessment, and engagement efforts by ensuring the effective use of survey tools across academic and administrative units. As a key member of the User Experience team, this position is central to fostering a data-informed culture by supporting experience data initiatives, facilitating voice of customer programs, and developing analytics dashboards that deliver actionable insights to the university community.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant area (e.g., Information Technology, Computer science, Data Science, User Experience, Educational Technology, or a related field) or bachelor’s degree plus training and experience equivalent to a master's degree.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with survey platforms.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in survey platform administration, advanced survey design, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in teaching or delivering technical training.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Certifications related to Qualtrics or other survey/experience management platforms.
- Experience in a higher education environment.
