The Associate Director reports to the Director of the Center and works with colleagues and stakeholders in the enhancement of student engagement and leadership at Miami University. The Associate Director is responsible for supervising at least one Assistant Director and provides supplementary support to two additional Assistant Directors. The Associate Director works collaboratively with students, advisors, community leaders, and departments to provide students with the opportunity to engage with communities of interest and develop a sense of belonging. The Associate Director works with the entire Center and other colleagues to develop and implement opportunities for students to understand their leadership skills and how they can use them to positively impact the community.
