YOUR ROLE
As the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You’ll lead from the front—coaching, supporting, and motivating your team while championing process improvements that enhance the customer experience. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, resolve internal and external enquiries, and work cross-functionally with other departments. In addition, you'll take ownership of training and development, system and product knowledge, and ensure all administrative functions run like clockwork.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a natural leader with a passion for people and service. You thrive in dynamic environments and love rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. With a background in customer service—ideally in distribution—you’re confident managing a team, building strong relationships, and creating a culture of accountability and support. Your attention to detail is razor-sharp, your communication skills are second to none, and you’re known for staying calm under pressure.
