YOUR ROLE
As a key member of our dynamic and growing Tauranga office, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders. This Internal Sales role will be providing a high level of representation, support, and guidance to both internal and external customers. This role is at the core of the community care market. It coordinates all queries, resolves issues and sets the tone for the market. The reputation of the customers on how we operate internally is set by this team.
Your primary responsibility will be:
- As a part of a team taking inbound calls and emails from customer and account managers, prioritising inquires and escalating issues, if required.
- Resolving customer issues and/or complaints.
- Coordinate with market GMs and team leaders to identify opportunities, etc.
- Liaise with other teams within the community care market to assist over busy periods, address priority jobs, training, other matters.
ABOUT YOU
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with advanced computer skills, outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, multitasking and organisational skills paired with a can-do-attitude. Ideally, you have experience in Customer Service, Sales Support and/or Internal/External Sales role.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Microsoft suite or other similar computer software skills
- Skills in the use of ERP and/or CRM database systems
- Able to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
- Problem solving, multitasking and analytical abilities
