What our Graduate Program offers: 

• A graduate program for a driven graduate with a passion for sales
• You will join the Sales Graduate program and be placed in targeted rotations to develop your commercial acumen and sales skills
• Support network of previous graduates to ensure you feel supported throughout your program
• Exposure to our executive team and senior leaders throughout the program
• Collaborative end of year project where you will get to work with other graduates on a real business problem and present your recommendations to senior leaders

What you will need to be successful:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field.
• Active and positive attitude, with a keen interest in sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
