YOUR ROLE
As the Operations Administrator, you'll be an essential part of the warehouse team, ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on role will see you managing payroll, purchase orders, stock adjustments, supplier account setup, and coordinating repairs and travel. You’ll also support compliance requirements, staff inductions, and reporting — helping keep the entire operation aligned and on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll, timesheets, and staff travel bookings
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and new supplier setups
- Coordinating RF scanner, printer, and equipment repairs
- Supporting HACCP, FSC, and DG compliance reporting
- Maintaining accurate stock adjustments and inbound bookings
ABOUT YOU
You're an organised and proactive administrator with a background in operations or warehouse support. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and bring strong communication skills to every interaction. You’re confident navigating systems like Microsoft 365 and take pride in your ability to keep things running efficiently and accurately behind the scenes.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in warehousing or operations
- Strong skills in payroll, invoicing, and supplier management
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Great attitude, team-first mindset, and customer service focus
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong analytical ability
