YOUR ROLE
We have a challenging opportunity for an IT Business Analyst based in our Erskine Park Branch.
This role is responsible for analyzing, planning and modeling processes based on functional requirements, designing and modifying systems for optimal workflow, production, and implementing IT solutions with an aim to boost revenue.
Main responsibilities:
- Facilitate the inquiry and organisation of functional requirements, process required documents and develop operational models and business information systems.
- Manage and discuss requirements as well as test models and work with developers to generate and modify systems design.
- Monitor and document progress on projects.
- Address management issues and adjust procedures to operate in compliance with technical solutions.
- Supervise all IT integration processes with other third-party vendors.

- Extensive knowledge in information technology.
- Up to date with current trends in data processing and business applications.
- Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership aptitude.
- Advanced technical writing ability.
