YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative on a 6-month contract at our Dandenong South Branch, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and timely service to all Bunzl customers and suppliers—both face-to-face and over the phone. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate and process orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and performance targets.
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to maintain records and manage communications.
ABOUT YOU
You have proven experience in a customer service role—whether in a call centre, retail, or hospitality—and are committed to delivering service excellence. You will bring:
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Good numerical and analytical abilities.
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- A self-starter attitude with high motivation.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment.
