YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and supporting an existing customer portfolio in the Aged Care industry across your territory in Victoria. You'll be pivotal in facilitating customer support and training programmes across continence and medical consumables across South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and Regional.
By supporting sites, finding solutions and ensuring the continuous satisfaction of existing customers, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our market share consistently achieving sales KPIs and targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer support through various health and continence care programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, capable of dealing effectively with key personnel at all levels within the organisation.
- Enhance customer retention by ensuring our products and services continue to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Add value for our customers to improve their consumer outcomes.
- Enhance our market presence within customer businesses by promoting a broad range of products including medical consumables, wound care and continence
- Ensure our customers value all aspects of our service, not just our products and pricing.
ABOUT YOU
You will have previous experience within the Healthcare sector, preferably with Nursing Qualifications and/or aged care experience due to the technical and educational components of the role within Aged Care and Healthcare. Experience related to continence care, medical consumables or similar fields would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and having ability to speak confidently and deliver educational programmes to nursing staff and management will also be highly valued.
- Ideally you will have a proven track record of account management and sales experience for this position, combined with an ability to create trust, build rapport, develop solutions, cross-sell, administer and grow an existing client base and develop a profitable business. Preferably, you will have worked within a business-to-business role and be willing to share your successes with us.
- Additionally, you will be an independent self-starter who appreciates working in a team environment; you'll possess excellent organisational and time management skills and be a confident communicator and effective with presentations. Well-developed computer and administrative skills are also required, particularly with CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
