Trafman Solutions is a well-established traffic management and Equipment Hire business providing end-to-end traffic solutions to the Construction, Civil and Event Management industries in Victoria and Queensland.  Core operations include, Equipment Hire & Small Tools, traffic management plans, and a large understanding of traffic signals, variable message boards, line marking and safety barriers for projects of all sizes.

Due to rapid growth, we now have multiple opportunities for Electrical Spotters to join our team in Geelong and work across major civil infrastructure projects.

• Underground utility asset experience
• Underground Asset Tickets (VU21936 Observe and manage the safe operation of plant and equipment around overhead and underground assets)
• Excavator Tickets (RIIMPO320F Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations)
• Spotters Ticket (22325VIC Course in Workplace Spotting for Service Assets)
• First Aid (HLTAID003 Provide first aid)
• Knowledge of order DBYD – Capable of reading the plans
• Construction Induction Card
• 22325VIC - Workplace Spotters Ticket
• Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
• Be outcomes focused and have the ability plan and keep organised
