Seymour Whyte is delivering Coomera Connector Stage 1 South, a key infrastructure project improving transport links between Logan City and the Gold Coast. By building additional crossings over the Coomera and Nerang Rivers, this stage will ease congestion on the M1 and provide residents in growing areas such as Helensvale and Coomera with an alternative route.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This opportunity is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping systems, processes and documentation running smoothly.

About the role:

  • Provide administrative support across the project, coordinating day-to-day communications and supporting key project stakeholders
  • Process delivery dockets, purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate project cost tracking and reporting
  • Manage general site administration tasks, including filing, mail distribution, correspondence and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Maintain site records, registers and document control systems, including safety and compliance documentation
  • Assist with the coordination of travel, meetings, events and project communications, including minute taking and follow-up actions

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Completed, or currently undertaking, a Certificate III in Business Administration or a similar qualification
  • Previous experience in administration and data entry, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
