The Marketing & Business Insights Manager is a leadership role within TechHelp, reporting to the TechHelp Executive Director and serving as a member of the TechHelp Leadership Team. This position is responsible for two primary functions: leading TechHelp’s internal marketing efforts and directing the studio/Blu launch team.
In the marketing function, this role develops, manages, and executes TechHelp’s marketing strategy and related activities, including brand stewardship, website content and presence, event marketing, email communications, and promotional and point-of-sale materials.
